RE: Hungate Seminar and Membership Dinner

Dear Colleague:

It is time for the 34th Annual Carroll P. Hungate Postgraduate Seminar on Occupational and Environmental Health. This timely conference will be held on February 24-25th at the DoubleTree Hotel, 10100 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas, an excellent opportunity to update your knowledge base with the latest and most relevant information available in occupational and environmental medicine. National, regional and local experts are presenting on a variety of topics from the recent changes in Workers Compensation Law, the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act to updates from the Department of Transportation and responses to the Joplin Tornado. 10 hours of category 1 CME are available as well as the invaluable opportunity to network with your colleagues in this unique area of medicine.

Please check out the online brochure for more information and to register: www.kcswcs.org/hungate.html

In addition, you are also invited to attend the Membership Dinner after the educational session on Friday at 5:00 p.m. The dinner will be held at the TROFI restaurant, INSIDE the DoubleTree Hotel and provides the chance to dine and converse with some of the officers from the regional ACOEM component. A very short business meeting will also be conducted that will shape the future of this organization. Meals may be ordered off the menu and each individual will be responsible for their own bill. Please RSVP to the office via email info@kcswcs.org or telephone 816.523-3383 by February 20th. I look forward to seeing you at the Hungate seminar and Annual Membership dinner.

Sincerely,

Dale Garrett, MD, MPH
