Room Block
A block of hotel rooms and condominiums has been reserved at Copper Mountain Resort, the site of the meeting.

The room block expires February 10, 2010

Reservations received after that date will be booked and confirmed subject to the availability of space. Immediate reservations are recommended.

Deposits/Final Payments
A 25% lodging amount will be required upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 30 days prior to arrival.

Early Departures
A fee of 100% of the remaining room nights lodging amount will be charged if an attendee checks out before their confirmed departure date. This may be waived for emergency situations but must be authorized by Copper Mountain, Inc.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date, refund on the deposit amount received will be made, less 10%. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the individual is subject to full forfeiture of the reservation value.

Check In/Check Out
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 p.m. on arrival day and reserved until 10:00 a.m. on departure day.
